My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had lovely sea and pool views, but they initially weren't as clean as expected. The modern furniture and beautiful wall art added a welcoming touch.
The hotel has excellent, modern rooms with beautiful furniture and wonderful art on the walls, creating a nice and comfortable atmosphere, especially at the reception. However, the service, particularly when I had complaints about accessing themed restaurants included in the price, felt stiff and unhelpful. The location, while surrounded by forests and green spaces, experienced difficulty accommodating all guests for sunbeds. Despite this, it offers close proximity to the beach. The dining experience, available after 10 am with light snacks, was satisfactory. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel has excellent rooms that are big, clean, and beautifully furnished, making them very welcoming. The service was friendly and helpful, but interactions regarding certain amenities were disappointing. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach. Dining options could be improved, but the prime steaks were delicious.
